Quite honestly, after having a baby, I fell out of love with yoga posture (asana) practice. Yoga no longer felt like my friend.   shoreditch yoga lovers!  I have a new class scheduled for Wednesdays every week now starting this week 10th aug 2016. vinyasa flow 8:00pm-9:00pm at TripSpace.co.uk this vinyasa flow class offers the chance to experience creative and explorative sequences that progress both technically and meditatively.
