this is a general level class for all yoga-abilities. I’m excited to add another class to my weekly timetable and hope to see some of my regulars there!
the class will be flowing and dynamic, drawing upon the influences of tripsichore, jivamukti and prana flow yoga styles. The intention is to create a sense of serenity and harmony so that you may close out your week on a high note. Sequences will flow with rhythm and beat.
with an emphasis on core strength and postural alignment we will build strength from the foundations. Breath awareness serves as the metronome for practice as we build intention and energy.
because it’s sunday yoga, there will always be a little extra time dedicated to floating in final relaxation.
