open level flow yoga
this is a general level class for all abilities. The class is dynamic and the intention is to create a sense of balance and serenity to end your week on a high. Postural awareness and mindful movement are emphasised and sequences flow with rhythm and beat. Deep breathing serves as the centrepiece to the class and helps build energy and intention. The practice is a meditation for the mind and we will find balance between both flexibility and strength to build muscle tone and joint stabilisation. It’s a sunday so we will always spend a little extra time floating in final relaxation.
