I have 18 years of experience teaching in this way and I have witnessed some incredible life changing results through the 1-2-1 setting.

People from all backgrounds and all walks of life and all levels of experience enjoy fast improvements in their fitness, flexibility, strength and overall wellbeing when they undergo 1-2-1 sessions. 

Breathwork, meditation, deep relaxation, reiki, cranial sacral therapy and thai yoga massage can all be combined and incorporated into your sessions so that you get the ultimate experience.
