What is Cranial Sacral Therapy?
Cranial Sacral Therapy is a non-invasive gentle energy healing modality that has evolved out of Osteopathy.
It is suitable for all ages including pregnant ladies and newborn babies.
The reason it is effective for a wide range of conditions and ailments is because it works with the inherent healing mechanisms of the body.
During treatment various points of contact are taken around the head, along the spine and at the pelvis and feet.
Treatment is relaxing and meditative and works by promoting and uplifting underlying health and vitality in a person's system.

What's involved?
A new patient consultation takes place during the first treatment where I take case history notes and assess your requirements.
Treatment takes place on a treatment couch, clothed and with a blanket and pillow.
What to expect
Various things can happen during treatment. You may feel extremely relaxed. You could fall asleep, or have vivid random daydreams, visions or memories that arise. Your mind may become very meditative or alternatively activated. Your tummy may gurgle.
